铝电解生产中影响电流效率因素的研究

摘要

    铝电解的电流效率是铝电解生产过程中非常重要的一项技术指标。它在一定程度上反映着铝电解生产的技术和管理水平。因此，铝电解生产中高电流效率，低能耗一直是电解生产的重要目标。重点分析了铝电解生产中电流效率降低的机理，即电流效率降低的原因；影响电流效率降低的因素，主要研究了工艺技术对电流效率的影响。然后从技术和管理两个方面提出了提高铝电解电流效率的途径。

The Research to the Factors that affect the Current Efficiency in Aluminum Electrolysis
 

Abstract

    Current efficiency is a very important Technical Index in Aluminum electrolysis. To some extent, it reflects the level of technical and control in Aluminum electrolysis. Consequently, high efficiency and low energy consumption has always been the important goal in the Aluminum electrolysis. According to the mechanism of the reduction of current efficiency and the factors lead to low efficiency. And then propose several methods which include technical and management to enhance the current efficiency.
